By visiting the website www.lockandexplore.com you can choose the desired reservation date and the locker size that best suits your needs. Upon payment with a debit or credit card, you will receive a code via email to store your luggage.
We offer two sizes of lockers: M (409mm x 570mm x 398mm) and XL (409mm x 570mm x 841mm).
You can access LOCK&EXPLORE 24 hours a day, every day.
We recommend you to book in advance to ensure you don’t run out of available lockers. However, you can reserve just before using the locker if available.
The rental is for one day, so you’ll have until 11:59 p.m. to retrieve your belongings. If you decide to extend your stay, you can do so without any problems. You will be charged for the calendar days you use the lockers.

Yes, you can access the locker anytime until 11:59 PM with the code assigned to you by the system.

Contracted services can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of the service and a full refund will be received via the same method used to pay for the service. Cancellations will not be accepted during peak periods such as Easter and the Feria de Abril, or for reservations subject to a promotion.
Luggage lockers are designed to provide maximum security. We have 24-hour video surveillance on the premises with alarm. We also have insurance for our clients’ belongings.
Yes, you can leave valuables, but we are not responsible for them, as indicated in the “General Conditions“. It is advisable to make sure that the locker doors and the exit door of the establishment are properly closed. However, the premises are under 24-hour video surveillance.
